Jonah & the Whale {Florence, Alabama Newborn Photographer}

When Denise decided to name her baby Jonah, she swore that she would never put him in anything that had a whale on it, or get whale bedding for his nursery, or...

Well, when you find something cute, you can't say no can you? Not to mention that this baby is destined for great things, so he needs to be surrounded by great things now. :)

Meet Baby Jonah, the greatest thing to happen in this world two weeks ago!

WOW!! What can I say about this baby? As soon as I started talking to him, he burst into a huge grin and was all smiles from there on out. He is absolutely precious!!!

Thanks again to his great parents who let him model some hats for me. He may just have a career in his future! ;)

Baby E {North Alabama Newborn Photography}

Baby E is Baby C's cousin. While they are polar opposites in appearances, they're both as sweet as they can possibly be!! Where C's cheeks and button-nose captured me, E had me with her tiny frame and big eyes -- not to mention that she looooved my bean bag and would have rather stayed there the entire evening!

Baby A is a VERY new newborn, dating at only 5 days old when we did his session. He was sleepy and absolutely did not like changing clothes! His lips are just absolutely precious -- look how he puckers up!

Baby C has the cutest cheeks I've seen in quite some time!!! Don't you just want to pinch them? And her nose, ohhh her nose!!! This is yet another newborn who coins the term "squishy" very nicely!!

I have a new baby!

I do. She's beautiful and perfect in every way...

The only thing is, she's not human. She doesn't even breathe. She's a new, gorgeous, wonderful camera body, and I love her!!

Headband Models {Florence, Alabama Newborn Photographer}

Baby girls Madison & Karrah are beginning their wonderful modeling career at an early age!! Both of these girls are under two months old and just as precious as can be!

Jay David {Florence, Alabama Newborn Photographer}

Oh my gracious, Jay David!!! This child had me from the moment I saw him in the hospital. His mama & I go back a little farther than I care to mention (she's probably got some embarrassing pictures of me somewhere, haha!), so it was truly an honor and a blessing for me to meet this little guy. I must say though that he doesn't look too much like his mom... lol.

Amelia & Todd -- feel free to use these for emailing family, facebook, myspace, etc.! Maybe they'll hold you over until I can finish the rest. :)

Karrah {Florence, Alabama Newborn Photography}

Sweeeeet baby Karrah!! Oh my goodness, this is the week for me to have baby fever!! First I get the news that one of my great friends is in labor (yesterday -- had the baby last night!), then I have a session with Karrah today, and then find out that another friend also had a baby today. Whew!

So here's the first of several baby posts.... Karrah. :)
